Amit Sharma founded ACE MATES AB with a clear conviction: Nordic enterprises were being underserved by both product vendors and traditional consultancies. Vendors locked organisations into expensive dependencies. Consultancies built bespoke from scratch and walked away with the knowledge. Neither model delivered durable results at the speed the market required.

With a background spanning cybersecurity, AI transformation, talent systems, and enterprise technology across Nordic and South Asian markets, Amit built ACE MATES around a different premise — pre-engineered accelerators that deploy in weeks, cost a fraction of bespoke, and leave the client with something they own outright.

The Nordic-India delivery model is not a cost play. It is a capability play — combining senior Nordic client-facing expertise with deep technical execution capacity in South Asia, built across years of cross-regional programme delivery.

Why we exist
"Nordic enterprises were caught between two broken models. We built the third way."

The idea behind ACE MATES came from repeated observations across enterprise engagements. Organisations were spending heavily on digital transformation and getting limited durable value in return. Product vendors created permanent license dependencies. Consultancies created knowledge dependencies. Both were structurally misaligned with what clients actually needed: working systems they could operate independently, delivered at a speed that matched the pace of regulatory and competitive pressure.

ACE MATES was incorporated in Sweden to serve Nordic enterprise, with a delivery infrastructure designed from the ground up to combine local expertise with offshore execution depth. The four accelerators — OpEx, Digital Workforce, DataVoice, TrustOps — represent the four operational domains where that combination creates the most consistent value.
